positive thinking


 assalamualaikum

i decided to post this entry because i think everybody 
has difficulties of thinking positive.

the only thing that comes to mind after receiving some bad news
or whatnots are :

1. moody * macam nak bunuh orang je *

2. lock yourself in your room  
*lights out, sad music & lots of tissue paper*

3. cry and cry and cry and cry and....cry

4. suicide
*ni tahap serius so please jangan buat! leave it to Allah*

5. emo status on facebook or depressing blog entries


so you see, i was like that * okay, not number 4 though * and 
it came to me that..


why should i be sad?

is crying helping in any way or the other?

should i just stay down or get back up?



it occurred to me that everything happens for a reason
and i shouldn't be sad.

i should be grateful because all conjecture 
given to me was for a huge reason,

which is to

1. turn me into a mature thinking person

2. as a reminder that we should always remember Allah
and seek for His help because all troubles can be solve
when we ask and pray for help

3. as a test to prepare me for the future
* when the going gets tough, the tough gets going *

basically, kita tidak boleh tunduk pada cabaran.
semua yang terjadi mesti ada sebabnya.
kita harus bersyukur pada Allah dan
terima semua dugaan.

bak kata, " dugaan mematangkan kita "

so let me say it again,

POSITIVE THINKING HELPS YOU TO GET THROUGH 
EVERYDAY CHALLENGES
